Lakshmi is the Goddess of wealth, abundance and prosperity. Lakshmi invokes the power of abundance on all levels: physical, spiritual, emotional. The word ”Lakshmi” is derived from the Sanskrit word Laksme, meaning “goal.”
Her mantra is: Om Shreem Maha Lakshmiyei Namah.
Shreem = Lakshmi’s bija (power or seed) mantra
Maha = great
Namah = bow or pray
